But you are not required to have air only heat correct?

I have a section 8 annual inspection, when I purchased the property last month the air unit was not working and I’m working to get it fixed. Will this fail me as an owner?

High Interest rates are decreasing and limiting buying power to the new investors trying to start. I would say for me the interest rates, the recession that's coming will drive people to sale and I predict a lot of foreclosures with decreased interest rates. We shall see
