@Joseph Back yeah I’ve looked around those areas too. Can I add you to fb? I’d like to get your opinion on something

@Jimmy G Tolliver Jr hey man thanks for the offer but I don’t have my funds in line yet. I’m still in the process of opening my heloc. If you know of any hm lenders I’d be open to calling them.

@Joseph Back I’ll go check them out. We really like Prattville but I’m not sure about investing there. It’s a lot higher and rent seems to run about the same as Montgomery. I just need to do my homework and get things lined up to jump in. I’m in the process of opening a heloc on our place in ky. So once that’s open I’ll be ready to make a move

@Michael Atkins yeah I like how everything is right here within a mile of our place. I’ve talked to a few police officers. They all said that south side is pretty rough. I’m not sure about the downtown area but it seems like it’s nice. They keep it clean.

My family and I just moved to the Montgomery Al area and I'm looking to jump into investing down here. We moved here from Ky. We only have one property in Ky that were turning into a rental so I am new to the game. My wife is just starting a career and I finally have the opportunity to focus on building a portfolio like I've been wanting to. I'd like to meet up with experienced investors to pick your brains. I'm looking at the BRRRR strategy and think it would best fit our situation. If anyone would be interested in chatting and possibly guiding a newer investor just let me know. Thanks in advance.
