I'm mostly focused on flips this past year, but am looking to add to my rental portfolio when the right deal comes around. 

I took an interest in the investing side of real estate shortly after becoming a licensed real estate agent, and it seems like that naturally became my focus, between helping investor clients and being an investor myself.

It looks like you have a few investment properties yourself! I'd like to talk with you about that some time, and the kind of insurance you do. I actually grew up in your neck of the woods.
