Hopefully will be closing on my first property in late December. Have started my search for landlord insurance, but I would be very interested to hear if anyone has a recommendation. Premium price is the most important factor for me at the moment.

I've been interested in real estate investing for a few years now and believe I am ready to finally acquire my first investment property.

At the moment I am just looking for 1 property, open to both single or multifamily, most likely in West Philadelphia (thinking Cobbs Creek), less than 75K. I will need financing, but will have the 20-25% down ready when needed. 

What I am looking for is a real estate agent who is familiar with the area and also has much experience working with investors. Ideally I would like to view the property I linked to above, plus others that you believe may be similar as soon as possible.
