Thank you Brandon. Background, I work as a IT consultant. I have purchased real estate before as a primary residence and I'm pretty comfortable with that process. I have purchased 3-4 different properties, currently own 2. I have capital so that's not an issue. I was looking to start flipping to build more capital where I technically didn't have to start using my own capital immediately and have it locked into a property for a year or longer.
