I'm not sure how to go about this deal so I'm reaching out! I have a lady she's a friend on mine who is helping me out to get my 1st deal she upside down on her home. She did a refinance but is still behind. I want to wholesale the property because it would be a great house to wholesale it's the perfect rehab/rental. Where do I start so that I can close this deal and take this headache away?!

Hello all! Everyone calls me Kimbro im new to bigger pockets and I'm so glad I found people who can talk real estate with me allllll daaaayyy long! Anyway I've ready books and have even done marketing (bandit signs) but I wanna try a direct mail campaign and need some help! I'm focusing on wholesaling at the moment and need some tips.
