I'm excited to be here as a new investor exploring house hacking opportunities in East Texas. I'm looking in the $300k-$400k range and eager to learn and grow in this market. As someone new to both real estate investing and the area, I'm open to advice, tips, and insights on finding the best properties and strategies to maximize my investment.
