I currently live in North Dakota but lived in Duluth for a few years in the past. Always looking for a reason to get back. I am not quite ready to make the real estate invest on my own, but I have been running a business doing contracting work for the last 4 years...let me know if I can be of any help.

I just got ripped off having them video my line for $350.

My name is Jeremy and I live in North Dakota. I am a carpenter by trade and have owned my own business for the last four years. My wife and I would like to diversify our income and grow our business by exploring real estate. We do not have large amounts of money, but we do have "sweat equity". I would be very happy to connect with others who may have similar interests but cannot be boots on the ground providing skills and knowledge that I could.
