Hey BP, I have a property its in a rural area however im trying to use subject to or creative financing to get a property. Its a single family home and the seller owes a mortgage of $12,000 i was going to wholesale this property but i am looking into creative financing as well as subject to. I really think this would be a good subject to deal because the arv is $73,000 and the seller just wants out. Any suggestions

so i am a wholesaler and i have closed alot of deals, but i have never done a big one its a house thats appraised at more than 1million dollars. im afraid to even pursue it because the market right now. Would you say that people arent buying million dollar homes at this  because they are waiting on the housing market to crash. Or would you suggest i go aver this wholesale deal
