Thanks, all! @Ned Carey I'm definitely in this for the long-term, and not trying to get rich quick. Although I will say, I have had a hard time grasping the concept of skipping the 4-doors, and going straight into 16 units.

I've been listening to BiggerPockets for a couple of months now, and am using getting involved in the forums as my first step into taking action. I finished the book on Rental Property investing and am thinking I will use the BRRR strategy to start building my portfolio. Excited to meet others just starting, as well as learn from others who are more seasoned.

During this educational phase, I'm saving capital to jump in a big deal "Grant Cardone Style."
