Seems cruel. This isn't innovation. It's mean and greedy.

Post: How do I buy land

Hi everyone! I'm not an investor yet but I've been thinking about it for a while. I can get a VA loan and qualify for veteran's land board land loans. My credit isn't great but I'm working on it. I'm thinking about buying some land southeast of Houston, maybe Kemah/Seabrook area, and then putting a modular/pre-fab home on it. Living there a while then selling. Maybe I could even get a duplex pre-fab. My question is- how do I find good deals on land? I need at least an acre for the veterans land board but large plots seem to be hard to find on MLS. I'm thinking I'll have to find some land offline. How do I do that?

Thanks!
