Somehow my profile got corrupt, so I am starting fresh with Bigger Pockets Pro.  I will start full time in June when I leave my Army civil service job at Ft. Sam Houston.  I would like to work with a rehabber to learn the fix-n-flip ropes to go along with my focus on seller-finance deals (acquisition and exit), wholesaling, and lease option assignments.  I  will be getting my realtor license this summer.
