Not exactly new but doable concept in years gone by I would by building lots I had a builder who had limited cash but credit with his suppliers! He build the house I'd own the land and we'd split the profit on the home! As long as you have a strong contract between investor and contractor/ builder it works retry good!

Hi Brandon new to BP do most of my investing in NH! Did you ever set up any kind of meeting? Would love to network with some NH investors as I see a ton of opportunities in the state! Never hurts to have other people's perspective on the market and our business!
Hi owned a vacation home property used a property PM handled everything from listing and renting to dealing with property and renter issues! Pretty much hands off. Just realize that whatever you give them needs to be in good to great condition as when they handle problems it's typically more costly than if you were todo into your own. Still nice to get a check in the mail once a week!!

brand new to BP just getting back into REI after lengthy absence. starting with limited capital so i've been looking for funding options saw F4F yesterday applied and got preapproved for 70k no strings no collateral ! final call on upcoming Wed. Sounds to good to be true so probably is but any advice would be appreciated
