Thanks for the replies. Just to clarify, the property owner has a va loan and is selling the property. We want to get it under contract and assign the contract to a cash buyer. The re agent is saying that is not allowed.

A real estate agent is telling us that we cannot assign a contract for a property that has a current va loan. I am having a hard time finding any info on this. Does anyone have information on this? Thanks
