@Jordan Moorhead That’s awesome man! I’m trying to take a similar route with house hacking. I’ve been searching for a duplex to house hack but not much luck yet. The single family house hack might be the route to go.

Has anyone had success recently in the Austin Texas market? If so what strategies did you use to invest? I’m just starting out (looking to buy my first investment property this year) and I have found Austin is a tough market to find good deals. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
