Hello fellow BPers!

I a newbie to the real estate game and have recently bought a home using an FHA loan. I thought i had made a great investment but after reading several books and listening to many podcasts I discovered that my investment was not much of an investment at all at the moment. I am spending way to much in PMI and it is not making me any cash flow. I want to get out of this small hole i have dug myself and lose the PMI because it is hindering me from saving more money. I would like to refinance my FHA loan to lose the PMI and my question is what do i need and how would i go about refinancing my FHA loan? If someone could point me into the right direction i would appreciate it. Thanks.
