I'm looking for books to read to understand more how to calculate my deals, all suggestions are welcome. Also any others book you think I need to read to be successful. Thank you in advance.

I was looking at Berwyn for a multi family. Would that be a good area to start Investing in. Has anyone had a good experience in this area.

That's great. I hope the books and podcasts are adding value as you learn and grow. Keep me updated on your journey as I will do the same.

I'm starting my journey to financial freedom from Chicago where I was born and raised. I don't have experience in real estate, so I attend local REI meetups. I also use the internet which is how I was introduced to Bigger Pockets. April of this year will make a year since I started my journey. I have learned to cut expenses so I can save more. Pay off my debt to build my credit score. My lack of capital and knowledge of real estate will take time to build, so I'm in the book store now reading and researching. Learning ways to be more organized. This is a journey, but a journey that adds value to me as far as who I am and what I can do. I'm loving every step.

Thank you all who take the time to read this.
