Hi BP,

This is my first post!

I'm currently networking trying to find lenders to potentially finance my first deal. I've come across a few already and all seem to be straight forward. Specifically the one that caught my eye is Bridgewell Captial.

My question to everyone is, what are some experiences with hard money lenders, and any general advice using hard money to acquire properties when your leverage is minimal. Also any experiences specifically with Bridgewell.
