id hold your stocks, its a long term game similar to real estate, these dips happen as you know how this goes! although it may be a good idea idea to diversify, sell some and invest some.  Good luck

@Steve K. I’ve had 3 cancellations within the last hour all for the month of March, I currently have two Airbnb’s in California near the Bay Area where a lot of the cases of covid are arising. Here in California / Bay Area there are no gatherings of any kind at the line to - I eldest to have more cancellations and will hone them due to the circumstances.

I think not giving a full refund would be unfair to the guest, glues we all want to pay our mortgages on time and have extra funds but this I feel is a matter that isn’t in our control ( or maybe we had plenty of time to see this coming, and our government didn’t prepare effectively) either way it’s here and will likely stay here in the future. As of now I will make sure to lower prices a bit and add multiple night discounts.

@Alex Bekeza Alex, super good info here, I do agree with the diversification, we’re seeing some large drops now in the short term rental market now do to covid19, those are some wonderful cites, setting sights on Dallas, OH, and Memphis! Any other cities or anyone you know who has connected or completed brrrr in these areas! I’d love to chat with. Thanks again
