Justin; Thank you for the advice. I am definitely looking into some books/free online courses I can take to further my knowledge in real estate and investing in general. Another topic I'm realizing is more important than I ever thought, taxes. Thank you for bringing that up! I will start looking into how taxes play an important role between my business and real estate investments. Do you have any recommendations on specific authors, books, etc. that I should look into?
