Hey everyone!

I’m fresh out of college. I’m learning real estate investing, and naturally understanding finances is going to be something I need to master. Any book recommendations?

@Bob Woelfel

Thanks for your feedback, that’s what I’m coming to understand. I’m going to invest in real estate no matter what avenue I end up taking.

I’m wanting to do a deal through Morris Invest.

Have any of you tried using there turnkey platform? If you have what are your thoughts/opinion on it? What does your return on investment look like?

Has anyone used Morris Invest as a turnkey company?

I’m in my early 20s and want to start investing. I thought after some research that this company seemed like a really nice way to start. I definitely want to be hands off with my investment at this time.
