Quote from @Travis Biziorek:

Depends on your goals. Nobody can answer this without understanding what you're trying to accomplish.

$55k is a tough amount... it's enough to feel like a good chunk of capital but not enough to do what you might want.

Do you own your primary? Are you trying to create cash flow or just want RE exposure? You need to know where you're trying to go before you start.

Hello Travis,

Firstly, I am keen on pursuing opportunities to fix and flip properties, leveraging skills and resources to maximize returns on investment. I believe that this strategy not only offers lucrative short-term gains but also provides valuable experience in the real estate market.

Additionally, I am enthusiastic about acquiring rental properties as part of a portfolio. Owning rental properties presents an excellent opportunity to build passive income streams and create long-term wealth through property appreciation and equity growth.

Furthermore, to explore various avenues for investing in the real estate industry, including partnering with other investors. i am open to Collaborating with like-minded individuals which allows us to pool resources, share expertise, and pursue larger-scale projects.

Greeting's,

Are there any upcoming real estate investor events in Southern California that you'd recommend attending?

As a newcomer, I am eager to learn and expand my knowledge in the dynamic world of real estate. I recognize the value of building a strong network and believe that partnerships are instrumental in achieving success in this field.

I am reaching out to seasoned professionals like yourself with the hope of gaining insights, guidance, and potentially forming partnerships that could be mutually beneficial. Your experience and expertise would be invaluable in shaping my understanding of the industry, and I am eager to absorb any wisdom you are willing to share.

I am open to any opportunities for collaboration and would be grateful for the chance to connect with you at your convenience. Whether it's a coffee meeting, a virtual discussion, or attending industry events together, I am committed to investing the time and effort required to establish meaningful connections.

Thank you!
