Hello,

I'm a new investor in the Monterey County area and I'm interested in wholesaling, rehabbing and passive income properties. I'm actually a teacher by day and a real estate investor by night. I'm trying to transition out of teaching to become a full time real estate investor to pursue my own dreams and continue to help others.
