Hi! My husband and I left our life in CA and moved to FL to start our REI adventure! Selling our CA home allowed us to start a few flip projects on our own but now we need private capital to keep going. I welcome any advice : ) Thank you all

Quote from @Joseph Cacciapaglia:
It would be helpful if you mentioned what role you see your potential partner playing, and what you want to do. It sounds like you may want to be more of a passive investor in another person's deal. Is that right, or did you have something else in mind. Are there any markets you're particularly interested in?
Hi Joseph, thank you for your response. Yes, I think being a passive investor would be a good place to start. I have not decided on a location yet.

Hi all! I am new to REI. My husband and I both work full time jobs, but due to some recent health scares, we took a step back and looked at each other and said "what are we doing to stop being chained to our 9-5 and have finanical freedom to be able to enjoy our kids and most of all... each other!" Our answer was REI... We have saved money, have gotten pre approved and would like to invest in multifamily/commercial properties. We live in CA but are interested in OOS properties. We are hard working people and eager to learn :) To the BP family, I humbly asked for your help. Thank you, God bless

Thoughts on investing in new construction- SFHs? Im a new investor and needs to buy out of state w/ low management commitment. I still have a FT job, but have the goal to walk away in 5 yrs or so. Sooner, if possible, ha!
