@Bernice Monroe

Hi how did your real estate rental goes? Did you find a property manager? And if so how did you find them?

I am in the process of acquiring my first rental too. So I am curious to see how your experiences is. Thanks!

Hi does anyone have experiences with Mynd property management company?

I saw them at a blog and video on BiggerPockets.

Do you have first hand experiences with them?

How long do they take to get your property for rent?

How do they communicate with you about repairs and such?

What kind of tenant did they find for you? Good vs bad tenants etc?

@Deb S.

Do they do homeowner insurance that will have renters in there? I think they called it landlord insurance or something?

@Daniel Kim

I am represented by a buying agent. However in some states the listing agents are able to represent both the seller and the buyer. And this only happened if they got consent from both the seller and buyer.

@Andrew Orton

Yes this would be my first real investment property. I had rented a room in my primary property for 3 years. And I finally paid off all the mortgage on my primary property.

I am a real estate agent in WA and so I have some experiences with helping buyer. But this is another experiences that I am approaching carefully with data, talking to people, and reading posts on BiggerPockets. Thanks!

@Andrew Orton

Thank you for this idea! I have contacted my buying agent in Florida to help me with listing the property for rent when this one close in escrow at the end of the month.

I liked the idea of hiring a listing agent to have everything set up initially and then I could do the follow up work occasionally. How do I go about finding a listing agent?

 Do you have a good property manager recommendation?
