We are in the process of doing a cash out. We’re shooting for a heloc but unfortunately my credit union doesn’t offer them, so I’m shopping around. If we decide on cash out where do I put it? I’d like to find something that pays a decent return but easily accessible? I’ll be asking my cpa the same question this week but I’m just curious what you guys do.

New investor here. I’m laying the ground work to start investing career in a couple months. Tell me the one or two books that were fundamental to your success!
I’m making my way through the Rookie Real Estate pod casts but would like to mix it up with a couple great books. Thanks in advance!

Hello,
First time investor.
I have a house I want to BRRRR. It belongs to a family member in a city about 50 miles away from where I live. I plan to leverage some investments and cash to fund down payment and a minor rehab. My question is should I look for financing through a local credit union in the same city as the property or the city I live in? Where do I have a better chance of securing it or does it even matter. I have excellent credit etc.
Thanks!
