I have been looking for properties to wholesale but I've been having problem finding any and I've found some that have been foreclosed and are selling at low enough prices to flip but I don't know if it is possible to wholesale these properties. I'm in texa btw

I'm having trouble on how I get the repair costs to a property before I can make an offer or put it under contract? Or is it more of just eyeballing it?
