Hello, I’m new to the landlord business and have a tenant who owns a mobile home on my property but owes taxes on it. They always pay late and I have sent a pay or vacate notice within the time frame required by law. Now it has been brought to my attention they won’t be able to pay. they also have a dilemma now because they can’t get a permit to move the mobile home off the property because of the taxes they owe. I have not started the litigation processes yet but does anyone have any advice of what I could do as far as getting the mobile home off the property? Located in Texas by the way.
