My wife and I am just starting into the real estate business. We are really enjoying the adventure but are starting to find that it is more complex and time consuming. We currently have three homes. We are focusing on buying and holding and SFH's in the Spacecoast, FL and Southeast, MI. We are constantly hearing that networking is very beneficial in this business. We would really like an experienced investor to discuss topics that we are unfamiliar with and show us different avenues to go down. Thanks you for taking a look.

Great advice!  Micheal, great advice about the tech savy young.  I previously had a tennant in a low populated area in MI and they couldn't begin to figure out to do wire transfers.  It made collecting rent a chore and uncertain.  I really appreciate the responses.

Hello, I'm a new investor.  I'm trying to establish an effective criteria in todays fast moving fluid market.

I'd like to get some experinced thoughts of buying and renting properties around university's.  Of course this brings in a different type of renter.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks,

Jacob

I'd like to find some relationships with others out there who are thinking like me.  I see home investing as a way to diversify my wealth into another sector in preparation for retirement.  I would like to share and receive ideas about this field.

The home investing sounds like a lot of work but it also sounds fun to me.  I hope you'll give me a shout so we can discuss our future success.
