A huge freeway project is about to start in Kramer Junction and I'm interested in investing in land but not sure if it's a good investment choice. Will the property values increase as a result of the newly constructed freeway?
The current layout is US 395 and SR-58 meet at a traffic signal. The new project will change that into a cloverleaf interchange with four lane divided freeway in both directions.
That will increase the traffic through that area and since it's an interchange, there is greater opportunity for growth. This is also the location of the world's 2nd largest solar generating plant.
