If I'm financing a MH that I moved to my clients own land and they fail to make payments that forces me to repo the home, how would that work? Would I have to actually remove the home at that time?

What are the steps to sell notes once you have a contract in place? What would a note buyer require? Does anyone here buy notes?

After I had so many helpful people respond to my last question, I was hoping for some help with this issue.

Do you charge simple interest or compound interest on your mobile home sales?

Can someone help me with financing? If I had a MH for sale for $8000 and charged 10% interest, how do you figure it? Surely its not just adding 10% to the total for $8800, is it? Is it compound interest?

Any help would be appreciated.
