Hi guys I'm new to this site, and I have a question. I live in Ohio, but recently have been looking at properties in California. I've never rented out homes before what steps would I need to take to rent the property/properties I buy in CA? How hard would it be while living in Ohio. My plan is to find a place, and rent it out until I'm able to move there.
