Hello! My name is Jhim Handrex and I'm interested investing in real estate. I currently own a rental property with new 2 bed detached ADU and one bed ADU. Great cash flow! I'd like to purchase more houses and invest with others as well. I'm a licensed electrical engineer in California and I have a team to design and build ADUs but I need investors to purchase more houses. I can also be valuable team member for your group .
