Hi All - I am new to Real Estate investing, but am an avid BP listener and my parents are RE investors so I know a bit about it from growing up with them.  I am really interested in any meetups about investing in and around the Bay Area, it is not feasible for us to go out of state right now so I want to learn more about how to be successful in this market.  We are looking for properties to buy and rent out - I don't think we can do a major reno, but my husband is a painter and handyman so we can do some fixing up.

Looking forward to learning from you all, and teaching what I can as well.
