@Willie Cedillo
I have a STR in Puerto Penasco Mexico (AKA Rocky Point). Historically March and April have seen full occupancy for me. The Governor has closed the beaches and imposed a 10PM to 6 AM curfew, the border has been closed to non essential travel. This too shall pass, however many are currently feeling the effects of the virus impact. Tourism pretty much drives the economy of Puerto Penasco and many residents are really having to struggle to get by.

@Wendy Schultz Overall it has been a great experience for me, I am starting year 3 with my STR.
1. Walking the fine line between being receptive to a guests needs and becoming a personal concierge.
2. Leaning that some guests feel entitled to taking random items such as rolls of paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies upon departure with the notion that the unused items are complimentary since they paid for their stay.

Thank you Chris M. Credit is solid, just inquiring about the period of time the pre approval will cover.

Hello all, when obtaining pre approval for a conventional mortgage does the lender state a specific time frame or place an expiration date on the approval amount? If so, how long is the approval usually good for?
