Hello BP community! I am excited to get back to investing this year!

I live in a suburb of Des Moines (Altoona) with my wife an 15 year old son.

I am an investor who was active in the late 90's and early 2000's. Duplexes and houses were my thing in those days. I took some time away from real estate and now I'm back! I've had my real estate license for five years now and it's time to get back to investing!

The Bigger Pockets podcasts are awesome and have me pumped to make 2017 a great year!

My goals for this year are to do 3 flips this year and then 6 flips next year, and the year after that.... Looking to purchase properties in the $50,000 to $150,000 range. Eventually as my finances improve I would like to get back into multi family units for monthly income. Most of my searching for properties is through the local MLS however I am also looking to connect with wholesalers in the central Iowa area too.

I am so glad I found Bigger Pockets!!!
