Spending a week in Dallas, TX June 14-20. Would like to connect or if any of you would suggest what areas to check out I’d appreciate it. I’m a flipper in SoCal but would like to learn about the Texas market.

Hello! I have two deals I’d like to put under contract. Looking for an attorney in Michigan that would help me review a standard contract. I’ve only flipped in SoCal. Any help or referral would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

@Joe Homs thank you for your response sir! I started attending meet ups and investor clubs. Really excited about what I’m learning and the individuals I’m meeting. Do you host anything of your own Joe?

I'm originally from Cancun, Mexico but have been living in Orange County, CA for ten years. I graduated college in 2017 and started a youth basketball program. My business is growing and currently giving me the flexibility to put a lot of time towards my REI goals. Some of these include doing my first deal this year not matter what (local flip, and out of state rentals), establishing a network of RE professionals, and learning as much as I can.

Wherever you're from I would love to connect. Despite the fact that I'm a newbie, I'm hungry, I have time, I learn quick, and work really hard.

Hope to hear from you all soon!
