Hello:
My name is James Balter and I am new to this board/forum. I reside in Texas and am originally from The Northeast, US.

I have been in the real estate note and cashflow business for 14 years and now focus my efforts on my new company, Balter Commercial Partners. We are a specialized business finance firm, specializing in receivables brokerage, working capital loans, and other related services.

I have started a new company that will deal with distressed and delinquent real estate note purchases, and we will transact deals in single notes as well as portfolios. We can also work with performing notes and portfolios. We can do deals nationwide.

I also specialize in simultaneous closings of real estate using notes to make the deal happen. I work with residential and commercial.

I am looking forward to meeting alot of new friends and establsihing business relationships.
