Quote from @John Schmitt:

Hello everyone!

I'm a few months away from moving to the Houston area and I am currently looking to connect with people in the area who are just starting out in wholesaling. I understand how challenging it can be to break into wholesaling and build a successful career.

That's why I'm reaching out to this community in the hopes of connecting with other like-minded individuals. Whether you're an aspiring wholesaler or you've already taken the first steps in your business, I would love to connect with you and share our experiences and insights.

I'm hoping we can share knowledge, strategies, and tips that can help us all succeed in this exciting and lucrative field. We can also hold each other accountable and motivate one another to achieve our goals.

So, if you're interested in connecting, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. Let's support each other and work towards our dreams together!

Hi John - Welcome! If you'd like to meet like minded folks, come on out to the best REI meetup in Houston. We just had August's meetup, but will have September's posted soon:

Hi Zac - Welcome to the group! I would suggest marking your calendar for the next Space City REI Meetup. Here is a link to last month's https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521/topics/1124365-hous...

The next meetup is in September and it is going to be the best one yet! Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know for sure whether the Harris County Foreclosure Auction will be happening on August 4th? I have not been able to find anything on the county website which states it has been cancelled or not (due to COVID). Thanks in advance!
