Hello,
it's what u say that is important. Its not the money. I need some information to get started.. that's all. I am new to the game of real estate and i am seeking mentoring figures to help me get the headstart. I read alot of books about real estate but everytime i try to find something on google about dutch real estate its different, that's why it's hard for me...

Hi, my name is Jim i am 20 years old and i have the chance to go to a 4 day training about real estate, the man who is speaking there i met 2 times already. I followed his workshop and spoke to him personally. He appears to be the only dutch guy to do seminars amd training about real estate. Here is my doubt: "my family doesnt trust the situation (they did not met the man) and they are all telling me i should not pay for his 4 day training... this could be a live changing training or it could be a disaster. (It costs 2500 eu) what to do?

So i am 20 years old have a full-time job and still live at my parents house. I really want to start buying a property and rent it to a tenant. Is this even possible? Or do i have to have an house of my own to get started?

Hello, My name is jim and i am 20 years old. I am from the Netherlands. I just discovered that house hacking is a thing in my country (nice!) But how oh how can i afford the house ? I want a mortgage ofcourse but i cant have a bigger mortgage than 88.000 $ for a house thats worth 275.000$. Is it stupid to question how i can increase the mortgage at my age??

@Erwin Groenendijk Hi, yea u are right. And no i don't have any good experience in real estate i am still 20 years old and just start working 40 hours a week. But i will follow a seminar about the dutch real estate market in 2 weeks from now. Hoping to get more educated doing that.

There are so many people in my country that says i cant do those strategies here in the netherlands, i want to find out if that is really true? I believe i can do the same thing in the netherlands as people can in america am i right or wrong?
