Thanks - wow - for multifamily in Orlando MSA - Cantral FL land $/unit varies but generally well under $50k.  

land per acre price info is not as useful - I'm interested in land price per buildable unit - 

any suggestions appreciated.

I was thinking the fee would be lower than residential commissions in a meaningful way. 

Trying to underwrite a deal and I've seen different numbers.

Check out TechPrefab www.techprefab.com  I am talking to them because I'm looking for steel prefab vs wood framing and their pricing etc.. is competitive. 

@Brandon Carlson I've also priced out building my own ADU but the cost (not too mention hassle and work) didn't pencil out vs. buying a prefab ADU which I am looking at now. Guess it depends if you're a DYI guy or not. Jim.
