I haven't purchased his courses, but from his videos and various podcasts and interviews, his system seems very promising. I'm actually considering his Virtual Wholesaling Lease Options course. He gives a wealth of information for free, however. From what he states on his interviews, he's still doing deals unlike most gurus who either did one deal or used to do deals.

I've been frequenting this site for over a month now, but finally signed up today. I've learned a lot of information from the post threads, BiggerPockets Udemy free course, and YouTube videos. I now feel more confident and prepared to jump off of the fence and actually implement the information that I've learned to land my first deal.
