Hello everyone
My name is Jon and I'm new to BP and real estate investing. I recently graduated from college with a degree in biology and I'm currently in the process of building capital and have about 5,000 so far. I work in education while pursing my masters. I have done a lot of reading on real estate and different ways of investing. My short term goal is to obtain a property in order to bring in positive streams of cash flow. I would do this through leasing rooms to tenants. What do you think would be the best way to go about doing this? Could you tell some initial steps I should take? Thank you for your help!
