I'm working with a large multifamily developer who is looking to partner with a few local wholesalers in Dallas, Fort Worth, Orlando, Tampa, and Nashville.
We are looking for experienced wholesalers who already have teams built out (virtual / international is okay).
If you're interested, please let me know and I'd be happy to set up a call to explain how we're looking to work together. Thank you!

I am a 20-year-old student studying real estate and pursuing a career in commercial real estate. I'm looking to invest in my first deal in the next 6-9 months and should have no issue raising capital through my network. I am looking to connect with some people to iron out my strategy.
Who are the workforce housing experts? Looking to develop small multifamily.

On Twitter I've seen a few people discussing new builds they are seeing that are 1 or 2 bedroom, under 600 sq ft. Detached units. Has anyone seen this?

Quote from @Chrissy Severance:
@Jt Marting I know of 2 triplex units and a duplex that would work
Sorry for the late reply! I totally understand if the units are gone, but would at least love to see how you ran your numbers!
