Hey John what type of handyman services or jobs are you wanting done?

Hello BP community. I recently moved to Charlotte NC to expand my real estate company from WV to get into more up and coming growth in Charlotte area. I am currently looking for a 2-4 unit complex to buy and will live in one unit for the time being. There is so much competition here and have noticed not many people are willing to sale any 2-4 unit complexes in a good neighborhood. I am also doing a direct mail campaign hoping to reach out to any owners out there who are looking to sale in the near future. Any suggestions or ideas to finding these units or know of any for sale please let me know.

Hello Biggerpockets community, I had a quick question for anyone with more experience with REO and foreclosure listings. I recently found a Duplex 2 unit building in a great area and in need of cosmetic work from the outside and have no clue about the inside. I was told it was tenant occupied and i could not see the inside, Was sold as is, where is. There are no inspection or financing contingencies and the value was said to be $155,000 for the building. I currently have most of my cash tied up in other investment flips and don't have the cash to buy but can easily get a loan for the building after purchasing it Any advice or ideas on how to purchase such a building? It was listed nationwide on an auction website and I really hate to pass this deal up. Auction started today and only a few more days left. Would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you for reading.

Hi Biggerpockets community, I am new to the Charlotte real estate market and have only a few connections here. Does anyone know of any real estate investor meetings or get togethers? Have also been searching for any REI clubs in the area as well but haven't found many. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
