I'm a simple man I eat ramen and live in a crap apartment, I want real estate for a career not quick money,this thread was advice on how to make good money on the side of my job not necessarly real estate, I'm honestly considering living in my van

I make 7.65 an hour and even if I cut out Junk it'd take me months to saved 1k.

I have a crappy job, so money is an issue and I am trying to figure how to make some quick money to buy rentals which what i want to do in life.

I was fearing you guys would ask for a picture, i got a new computer so it will be a bit. I want to move to Alaska because I have a rare allergy, its to the heat and sun. I need better people in my life my friends believe in me, my familys downs me is the problem. I thank you three and anyone else who replies you are making me feel better

I have recently started, 4 months ago. I just needed some advice. I was only an intern and got shoved out of the door early, no explanation so I lost my teacher. I am a guy who wants to own a business on real estate because I have always loved what is involved, I want to be a landlord i want to be paid to buy houses if that makes sense. My questions are, how in the world can I a 19 year old male, who everyone tells me no one would rent from, get property and renters. Should i go through management companies? I want to also know how to make the rent, I was not taught that by my teacher. I want to be able to move away from Oklahoma to Alaska, could I still buy property several states away and keep my business in Oklahoma?
