Hey everyone, I am looking to start my journey in real estate investing in the Houston area. I have the finances to go at this alone, however, I would really like to partner with somebody with experience so that the process won't be so daunting. My initial investment goals are single family buy & hold as well as flipping. Eventually, I would like to get in commercial buy and hold. I am constantly researching and looking for deals but to this point I have honestly just been to scared to pull the trigger. Any advise would be appreciated!
