Hi All,

My name is Jeff Neblett and I am a new member from Boston, MA. I graduated from Boston College in 2010, went into tax accounting for a few years and then joined a PE firm as a fund accountant about a year and a half ago.

I'm very excited to join the community and have already become addicted to the BP podcasts. I have always known that I wanted to become involved in RE investing (my mother had me interested from a young age) and in 2012 I bought a two bedroom condo in South Boston. I currently live in the condo with my girlfriend but within a few years I will most likely move out and rent the property. My near-term goal is to buy a multi-family (preferably a duplex) in the greater Boston area within the next year or so. Unfortunately the market seems extremely hot right now so finding a good investment may be tough. I am considering partnering with a friend from school, but would love to hear from anyone interested in discussing opportunities. I think my finance, tax, and accounting background are a great asset and will be a useful tool in the RE world. In the long-term I hope to own several multi-family properties to help build my wealth.

Anyway, I look forward to becoming an active member of the community and working with people here in the future.

Thanks,

Jeff
