Does anyone have any experience in the Saint Augustine market?  We are looking for a cash flow multifamily or vacation/snowbird rental property.  Would like to network with a few folks currently in the market.  Thank you.

I figure my equity was too low.  My credit score is 800 and no debt except for our home mortgage.  So a loan will be tough in any circumstance.  Any suggestions on funding?  I'm debating on saving for a year which will provide us with 20-25k, then purchase our first rental.

I purchased my house for 230k but the house will appraise for 250-260 now. Can I take out a loan for that amount and pull the equity to invest?
