Investment Info:

Condo fix & flip investment in Saskatoon.

Purchase price: $101,500
Cash invested: $14,000
Sale price: $149,500

Two bedroom, second storey apartment style condo. It's easier to note what wasn't replaced. We repurposed the bathroom vanity for storage in the laundry room. The washer and dryer were in great shape so we reused those. I shiplapped the existing electrical fireplace. As the original closet doors were just shy of 8 ft tall, we had to custom build them to save on costs. We also built the custom floating shelves in the kitchen. We hired out the major plumbing.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Small enough that we could afford to purchase and rehab it.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Lots of searching and with the help of our realtor.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Nothing, it went smoothly!
